Magazine FAQ's

1. How can I contact the subscriptions department?

   You can contact us by emailing subscriptions@craftscouncil.org.uk or by phoning +44 (0)20 7806 2542 between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

2. How can I pay for a new subscription, gift subscription or renew an existing one?

   You can pay Online, by phone or by filling in our downloadable Subscription Form (33 KB PDF format)
   
   We accept: Direct Debit; cheque; credit/debit card; BACS transfer; invoice (available for institutions only).

3. What happens if I change my address?

   Please notify us as soon as possible with your name, previous postcode and your new address. Your delivery details will be changed immediately, but distribution timing may mean your magazine arrives at your previous address.

4. Can I buy back issues of Crafts?

   A limited selection of back issues are available: UK / Eire £7.50; Europe £10; US $25; ROW £15. All issues are despatched by 1st Class or Airmail. Special Delivery is available at an extra cost.

5. How often will I receive my copy of Crafts?

   Crafts is published every two months and on sale dates for forthcoming issues are as follows:

   May/Jun 2008 - 01 May 2008
   Jul/Aug 2008 - 26 June 2008
   Sep/Oct 2008 - 28 August 2008
   Nov/Dec 2008 - 30 October 2008
   Jan/Feb 2009 - 8 January 2009
   
   Dates are approximate and are subject to change. Please allow 10 working days from the above dates for delivery.
